Refund policy

We're committed to selling driving courses to people who wish to learn to drive in just one week. You will never be pressured to book any course with one2one driving school however we realise there may be a time when you need to cancel your booking you've made.


Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any services purchased on this website for a full refund, within seven working days* of the date of purchase, Courses which start within the next 21 days are excluded as our terms & conditions state that you must give us 21 days notice to cancel, therefore if your course is due to start within the next 21 days no refund will be offered and the full course fee will be owed to one2one Driving School who will take appropriate action needed to collect any outstanding amount .

After the seven days and providing your course does not start within the next 21 days you will receive a refund minus an admin fee (see terms & conditions).

To cancel, you must write to us at the following address within seven working days* of the date of booking, quoting your name, address & course start date:-

(You must obtain a proof of posting from the post office as you may be asked for this later)
