Refund policy

We're committed to selling driving courses to people who wish to learn
to drive in just one week. You will never be pressured to book any course
with one2one driving school however we realise there may be a time when
you need to cancel your booking you've made.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have
a right to cancel your order for any services purchased on this website
for a full refund, within seven working days* of the date of purchase
providing your driving course does not start within the next 21
days (see below)
If your
course starts within the next 22 days then you have 1 day to cancel to
receive a full refund
If your course starts
within the next 23 days then you have 2 days to cancel to receive a full
refund
If your course starts within the next 24 days then you have 3 days to
cancel to receive a full refund
If your course starts within the next 25 days then you have 4 days to
cancel to receive a full refund
If your course starts within the next 26 days then you have 5 days to
cancel to receive a full refund
If your course starts within the next 27 days then you have 6 days to
cancel to receive a full refund
If your course starts within the next 28 days or more then you have 7
days to cancel to receive a full refund
After
the seven days and providing your course does not start within the next
21 days you will receive a refund minus an admin fee (see
terms
& conditions).
To
cancel, you must call 0844 4145 121 for a cancellation reference number
then you must email us by replying to the "course confirmation email"
within seven working days* of the date of
booking, quoting the cancellation reference number, your name, address
& course start date:-
(After you have sent the email you MUST then call
0844 4145 121 to confirm that we have received your email)
