When you have achieved fluent skills in driving and wish to become an "Expert" the IAM run an advanced driving scheme, which culminates in an advanced driving test. The scheme is designed to develop the four areas of advanced driving which are "Concentration, Observation, Anticipation and Planning" which leads to driving with emphasis on the attributes of "Safe, Systematic, Smooth and (control of) Speed.
